Employee safety is important in all industries, but even more so when you’re working with large equipment in more remote areas. Since 2008, Tracy has been working with our team to develop innovative methods to engage employees at all levels. With her extensive 20-year career in the safety industry, Tracy takes the lead establishing and maintaining our safety management systems.
Born and raised in Fort McMurray, Tracy has been (very!) involved in various community initiatives such as the Fort McMurray Snow Angels, Food Bank, Steps-for-Life, and Santa Claus Parade to name just a few. To her, Fort McMurray is the epitome of community. Through all of the challenges we face, we all come together to help one another without question.

Though Geraldine has been a part of our team for a short time, she has experienced two major catastrophes — the CoronaVirus pandemic and the 2020 flood — and both times she noted how the well-being of our people and their families was paramount.
